Richard M. Kelly
At Ingersoll Rand, Richard Kelly is responsible for building the first global security program to protect the company’s people, assets, brand, and reputation worldwide. He is also responsible for the company’s aviation and crisis management programs. Prior to this, Richard held the positions of director of global security and corporate compliance officer for Harsco Corporation. Richard was previously employed as a supervisory special agent, unit chief with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, beginning his career in Los Angeles, CA, where he investigated major white collar crime, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters, violent crime, and domestic and international terrorism matters. He was later promoted to FBI headquarters to assume a supervisory position. During his tenure with the FBI, he also held the positions of senior representative to the National Counterterrorism Center (Directorate of Strategic Operational Planning) and chief of the Office of Strategy, Communication and Policy Management.
